Who we are

We are Dash Expedite LLC, a family-owned freight carrier based in Cole Camp, Missouri, with our office in Sedalia. Reach us at [email protected] or (800) 710-0842.

What we collect

What you choose to give us — your name, company, email, phone, and the driver or freight details you share with us by phone, email, Telegram, Google Chat, Facebook or Instagram messages, or through our driver application or factoring inquiry form — along with the basic technical data our host, Cloudflare, processes to deliver and protect the site (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested). If you apply to drive, the application (hosted by Airtable) asks for details such as photos of your truck, a copy of your driver's license, your DOT medical card (if your truck requires one) and your previous employers. This website has no forms of its own.

How we use it

To respond to your message, dispatch and move freight, talk with drivers and owner-operators about opportunities, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share details only with the people needed to do the job — for example, the brokers and drivers involved in your shipment — and where we're required to by law. Our service providers — including our phone provider, Google Workspace (email and chat), Cloudflare (website hosting and aggregate traffic statistics) and Airtable, which stores driver applications and whose built-in AI features read details from uploaded license images — process information on our behalf under their own terms. If you contact us through Telegram, Google Chat, Facebook or Instagram, those companies also handle your messages under their own privacy policies. If you ask about factoring through our RTS form, we share your details with RTS Financial only if you tick the box allowing it.

Analytics & cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits in aggregate without cookies and without following you across other sites. This site sets no cookies of its own; our host may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it has to check that a visitor isn't a bot. Because we don't track visitors across websites, browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals don't change how the site behaves.

Your choices

Email us anytime to ask what information we hold, to correct it or to ask us to delete what you've shared. We'll honor deletion requests except for records the law requires us to keep — for example, driver qualification files, which federal rules require us to keep while you drive for us and for three years after.
